Nice Loetz Candia Papillon Persian Rose Water Sprinkler. This design with the bulbous bottom and long narrow neck was designed to contain perfume or rose water as the long narrow neck which reduced evaporation. Variations of this Art Nouveau form were produced by Loetz as well as Tiffany and other makers
