Wonderful Secessionist design with cobalt glass cased over crystal then cut back leaving 8 facets and 8 thick cobalt carved medallion withy stylized flowers. Most glass like this is always attributed to Ludwig Moser but Franz Heide and Steiner & Vogel also produced very similar glass.
Very Good Condition with 2 tiny flakes on the base clearly shown in photos. The Enamel is in nearly perfect shape. The base could easily be polished to remove the small flakes so I can have that done if you wish but I don’t restore glass unless a client specifically asks.
